DameWare Mobile provides remote access and troubleshooting capabilities for Windows computers within a network, accessible from an iPhone or iPad. Built upon the features of DameWare Remote Support (DRS), an award-winning systems administration tool, this application extends core functionalities to mobile devices.

It enables users to:

• Remotely access Windows systems from their iOS devices
• Deliver technical support to end-users regardless of location while on-call

The application offers a range of features designed for mobile remote management, including:

• Full keyboard with hotkeys such as Ctrl-Alt-Del and CMD Prompt
• 256-bit AES encryption secured via SSL
• Auto-scrolling intelligence for efficient navigation
• Favorites and recently accessed computers for quick retrieval
• User-friendly mouse gestures optimized for mobile interfaces

Note that DameWare Mobile requires a trial or fully licensed installation of DameWare Remote Support on the network. Prior to use, users must download, install, and configure DRS along with the DameWare Mobile Gateway service. Additionally, the DameWare agent must be deployed on all target machines.
